ACDI-VOCA ACDI is a Development partner that operates in Kibanda and Buruli Counties and deals mainly in market information dissemination and road infrastructure development Action Aid Action Aid is  District wide NGO that handles capacity Building for CBOs, Provides support to Education like rehabilitation of ELSE Centres and classroom construction and Reflect programmes, provides support to agriculture seed multiplication, and also provides water sources. Action on Disability and Development This is a District wide NGO that avails support to Masindi District Disabled Persons' Union (MADDIPU) AFRICARE Operates in the entire District and provides technical support for the Orphans and Vulnerable Children programme. BAYLOR International Baylor operates in Kiryadongo Hospital and gives support to chldren infected and affected with HIV/AIDS. Bristol/ Masindi This is a District wide partner that helps in linking schools. Budongo Forests Community Development Organisation (BUCODO) BUCODO operates in Budongo, Karujubu and Pakanyi Sub Counties and provides reproductive Health training to TBAs and community Reproductive health workers, helps in strengthening and empowering civil society, offers tree planting through establishemment of coffee, passion friut and nurseries, emphasises on elimination of child labour, provides support to forest sector activities and also provides support to HIV/AIDS Programmes. Build Africa Operates in Kibanda County and focuses on asset building support to groups, classroom construction, sensitisation in mainstreamining HIV/AIDS reduction in new HIV infections among school children, provision of relief/Nutrition, establishment of cereal banks, establishment of Agriculture demonstration and training centres- Kihonda, provision of credit. Bunyoro Kitara Diocese Masindi Family Health Promotion Project. This operates at the Town Council and provides support to reproductive health like training community reproductive health workers, peer Educators and security Educators. Busoga Trust Busoga Trust Operates in Pakanyi and Masindi Port and deals in construction of community water facilities, training water source committees, construction of demonstration pit latrines, demonstration homes and community sensitization and mobilisation. Christian Children Fund (CCF) CCF operates in the entire District and gives support to orphans on nutrition and child health care, HIV/AIDS sensitisation, Immunisation and family planning, structure construction, co curricula activities and adult literacy   Compassion International/ Child Development Centre (CDC) Operates in Buruli County and provides in Child development through education, health, social and spiritual aspects. Development of the Rural Community It operates in Buruli County mainly in establishemnet of tree nurseries to support environmental conservation and provision of solar panels. Energy Development Group (EDG) EDG is  District wide NGO that provides multifunctional platforms and capacity building. Environment Conservation Trust of Uganda Operates in Pakanyi and Budongo Sub Counties and deals in promotion of participatory  forestry management activities. Gukwatamanzi It operates in Pakanyi Sub County and provies Agricultural Production support services, Education, Support activities, Health Intiatives, infrastructure establishment and devlopment  and livestock breeding. Habitat For Humanity Habitant For Humanity operates in Buruli and Bujenje Counties and focuses on buliding houses to families. Heifer project International It operates Buruli County and provides improved livestock. International Care and Relief Embarks on establishment of cereal banks, establishment of Agricultural Demonstration and training center- Kihonda, classroom construction, provision of credit and relief services. Joint Clinical Research Centre (JCRC) This is a District wide development partner that provides ART/ ARV services.
