Masindi District Chairperson Cosmas Byaruhanga,has today handed over 20 Integrated Revenue Administration System (IRAS) gadgets to Parish Chiefs, Town Agents and other key technocrats to ease in revenue collection and transparency.
The gadgets come at a time when the District's revenue target for this FY is shs 1.4 billion which Cosmas says, has to be realized through reducing revenue leakages and tapping into new revenue sources.
He was speaking during quarter one revenue meeting for this FY that was held in the District Council Chambers.
