Kichandi Two Classroom block launched for Construction at shs 94.7m

The Resident District Commissioner (RDC) Masindi, Emmy Ngabirano has today launched the construction of a two classroom block at Kichandi primary school in Bikonzi Sub-County at shs 94.7m with a call to school authorities to give back to government through producing better grades.
Ngabirano however, warned school management against sending pupils home occasionally because of some charges something he said affects thier academic performance.
Speaking during the same ceremony held at Kichandi primary school premises,the District Chairperson, Cosmas Byaruhanga rallied parents to support learning by encouraging children to attend classes as education is the key driver to one's success in life.
The Principal Assistant Chief Administrative Officer (PACAO),Musa Kyamiza appealed to the Contractor to produce quality work and ensure that he works and completes within the contract schedule so as learners use the facility.
Meanwhile,the Acting District Engineer Sunday Joseph told project beneficiaries that the contract was awarded to Asfa Investments Limited and that he is expected to complete the work within a period of three months and by 8th May,2024,he should be able to handle over the site to the school management ready for use.
