Masindi district council yesterday approved asupplementary budget of shs 4.3billion for the running financial year 2024/2025.
While presenting the motion during the council plenary,the Secretary for Finance Pamela Nyakato revealed that out of shs 4.3billion,shs 906m was allocated to wage for secondary school teachers while shs 84m development grant was allocated to support production and marketing activities and shs 3.3b was UGIFT money revoted back to support the construction of seed Secondary schools.
