Masindi hospital recieves motorcycle donation

Masindi hospital has today recieved adonation of two new motorcycles worth shs 40m from Baylor Ug to support the transportation of samples from Lower Health Facilities to the main hospital laboratory.
Speaking as he handed over the motorcycles XL Honda reg.no.UF 3757 P and AG Yamaha reg.no.UG 7384 M while at Masindi Hospital,the Deputy Chief Administrative Officer (DCAO), Robert Abia Owilli appreciated Baylor for the donation as this will help hub riders to collect samples timely from the Lower Health Facilities.
He however, asked them to use the motorcycles for thier intended objective.
Speaking at the same function,the Acting District Health Officer(Ag.DHO),Dr.Jino Abiriga lauded Baylor for extending support to the health workers who managed well Tuberculosis and Leprosy cases as Masindi was ranked among the top 10 best performing districts in handling these ailments.
Dr.Anthony Kavuma,the Cluster Manager for Masindi and Kiryandongo districts, welcomed the cordial relationship exhibited between the district leadership and Baylor.
