Masindi District has today received over 350 bags of cassava stems from the NAADS Secretariat through Operation Wealth Creation (OWC).
Addressing the beneficiaries at Kyatiri Health Center III, The OWC Coordinator for Buruli Constituency Major Nobert Besisira disclosed that they chose Kyatiri Town Council to be amongst the beneficiaries because it's among the leading cassava growing areas in the District.
Other places that received recently the cassava stems were Miirya Sub-county and Budongo Sub-county respectively.
The beneficiaries that talked to the Communications Officer,pledged to look after the inputs well sothat they attain much yields during the harvesting period.
