Teachers in Public Service Advised to Respect their Jobs-Minister.

The State Minister for Public Service Hon. Mary Grace Mugasa has advised teachers who are in Public Service to respect their jobs because they have more benefits than in the Private Sector.
She was on Thursday, addressing stakeholders during a district sensitization meeting on Parish Development model held at Country Inn Hotel in Masindi town.
Mugasa also urged the locals who are still working for the stomach to embrace the Parish Development Model in order to move to the money economy.
She later on, rolled out officially the Parish Development Model implementation in the district by giving out reading materials for Parish Development Model to the leaders.
Speaking in the same meeting, the District Chairperson, Cosmas Byaruhanga said the Parish Development Model is a program that has come to stay long in-order to drive out poverty at parish level.
In her closing remarks, the District Woman Member of Parliament, Dr. Florence Asiimwe called for conserted efforts to make the Parish Development Model succeed in moving people to the middle income status.
