The District Chairperson Cosmas Byaruhanga has appreciated the Out-going District Internal Security Officer (DISO) Lt. Alex Otiti for his utmost service in the District.
Byaruhanga says, Lt. Otiti has bestowed peace in the District as no major security challenges were reported during his three years in the District.
He said this yesterday, as the District bid Farewell to the Out-going DISO Lt. Alex Otiti at Country Inn Hotel.
Speaking at the same event, the Mayor of Masindi Municipality Ronald Kyomuhendo described the out-going DISO as an Officer who has served the District with high integrity and that he has been objective and tolerant with all people.
Speaking as the Guest of Honor the Out-going DISO Lt. Alex Otiti aplauded the District Leadership for according him a good working relationship since he has not had major hicaps in overseeing security in the District.
He also thanked the Gombolola Internal Security Officers who have worked with him for the three years he has spent in the District since they have been providing timely and updated Security information in their Sub-counties.
Lt. Otiti has been transfered to Mukono District to serve in the same capacity.
